Happy August!
In July I traveled to New York City for the Romance Writers of America conference. I had a blast but now I’m back in Florida, busily writing two new novellas and gearing up to write Lord Christian Berkeley’s story. I can’t wait to start it! This month, I found out that both THE UNEXPECTED DUCHESS and THE UNLIKELY LADY are going back to press for second printings! I couldn’t be more thrilled. Thanks to all of you who’ve read the books. I greatly appreciate it.
I also signed up to participate in the first ever Historical Romance Retreat to be held in September 2016 in Spokane, WA. There are going to be a LOT of f
abulous historical authors there and registration is limited to 300 attendees. So if you’d like to spend a long weekend with some of your favorite authors, consider signing up! In October I’ll be visiting the Virginia Romance Writers to give my Romance Novel Marketing 101 workshop. I can’t wait to see Virginia in autumn and meet all of the great romance writers in that chapter! Plus, I get to visit my critique partner, the fabulous light paranormal author, Mary Behre.
